| Air conditioner does not cool. | If the coils on the back haven't been cleaned for some time, most likely they are plugged. Remove the air conditioner from the window and use a garden hose to spray the coils clean. |
| Water dripping on inside wall causing mildew or destroying wall. | Check for proper tilt of your air conditioner. Also check to be sure the drain on the back side of the air conditioner is not plugged. |
