| Water building up on floor inside refrigerator. | Check for plugged drain hose on back of refrigerator, or plugged drain on floor of refrigerator. |

| Refrigerator has a bad odor. | Contrary to some beliefs, there is no odor to freon. If you have an odor in your refrigerator, it most likely is food spoilage. Check behind or under drawers for spoiled food. |
