| No signal on the 18" dish. Screen may say searching for signal, or turn dish 3 degrees. | Do not turn dish unless all else fails. The most likely cause is bad connections on a fitting between the receiver and the dish. Also, if it is stormy, you may be having rain fade. |
| Cannot order movies. | Check the phone line from the receiver end with a good phone. If the phone works the receiver has a modem problem. If the phone doesn't work check the wire to the outlet, or the outlet itself. |
