| Channels above 13 missing on cable TV. | In your menu there is a line that says cable\air, or cable\antenna. This must be in the cable position. (On older sets look for a switch) |
| No UHF channels coming in of the antenna. | In your menu there is a line that reads cable\air or cable\antenna. This must be in the antenna or air position. |
| Remote does not operate TV. | Of course the obvious is to check the batteries. If the remote is not the original remote for the TV, check to see if it is programmed to operate your model TV. One other thing to try is to unplug the TV for a minute, and try again. |
