| Tape has sound but no picture. | Use tape head cleaner. If it doesn't help, it may have to be cleaned professionally. If the problem happens quite often, one of your tapes may have a wrinkle, and should be disposed of. |
| Can record channels up to 13, but none above that. | Make sure the machine is in the cable mode. This is done through the channel setup in the menu or program part of your unit. |
